Microdosing: Microdosing is taking a sub-perceptual amount of magic mushroom for its therapeutic benefits over time. A typical microdosing regimen is between 25 mg to 150 mg of mushrooms. However, depending on how the mushroom affects your body, we’ve seen customers who take larger doses of up to 250 mg dose as well.
